The house has a surface of 155 m², it is surrounded with dense and wild nature of more than 800 m² with a parking for 3 vehicles.The traditional Istrian „konoba“ is situated in the ground floor together with the smaller kitchen and a big fireplace which makes an ideal place for tasting home made dishes and wines in good company by the fire… In the seperated part of the ground floor there is a double bed room with it´s own bathroom, spacious hall and two exits in the back yard or the terrace.The living room with the bigger kitchen (36 m²) has two terraces, the small an the big one, and two exits in the garden with magnificent wiev. The 18m² big terrace offers an unforgetable wiev on the sunrise behind the tame hills. It has a wooden set of sitting furniture that invites all the guests to spend time on the fresh air sharing a good meal.
