Family House Desin apartments, Molunat near Dubrovnik The house is situated right on the seafront in a mild bay of Molunat in Konavle, 40 km distance southeast from Dubrovnik and 20 km from Dubrovnik airport. It is very suitable house for groups (up to 12 persons max.) and family vacations, positioned in the terraced gardens with all cultivated mediteranean fruits, oranges, figs, almonds, with flower and macchia groves that descent right down to the seashore. We offer two apartments on the 1st floor of the house. Each apartment consists of: 3 bedrooms (everyone with sea view), 2 bathrooms (WC + shower), kitchen and terrace. Both apartments, through corridor, can be connected together. We supply you with blankets, towels, linen, free wireless conection, beach beds, little boat (if you have skipper licence). All is included in the price In front of the house, across the acces road, is the parking place, a bathing establishment with shower and beach beds, small pier and the boat for fishing and entertainement. The old stone house is built in 1913. The typical inner arhitecture with wooden floors and ceiling beams is restored and refurnished for comfortable family living, and for attractive tourist accomodation that became the traditional family occupation even since 1957.
