The rooms are located in a private house in one of the most elitist and quiet Zagreb streets. The house is surrounded by a well groomed garden and an orchard with over 17 different types of trees, and is close to the city center, which provides an ideal combination of nature and the city. Peaceful enviroment and vegetation are especially important for a quality rest, and lovers of long walks can enjoy the Jelenovac park and the forest situated between Vrhovec and Jelenovac Streets. Rooms The offer includes two lovely furnished double rooms, each with its own hall and a large bathroom with a toilet. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. 1. CLASSIC This room on the first floor is 30m2 big together with the hall and the bathroom. There are two separate beds that can be put together when necessary, or kept separate, which is ideal for guests who do not want to sleep in the same bed. As the name suggests, the room has classic and elegant furniture. There is also a TV, a fixed telephone line (Vipme Homebox Package – a voucher needs to be purchased), wireless internet, a desk, linen and towels. There are as many as two balconies and when the weather is nice, it is almost impossible to resist the temptation and not to rest and enjoy the fresh air and the landscape. Check-in after 2 PM, and check-out by 11 AM. 2. CITY LIGHTS The room on the second floor is in fact a loft apartment and the slanted roof adds a special charm. It is also around 30m2 big, together with the hall and the bathroom. Furnished with a double bed, a TV set, a fixed telephone line (Vipme Homebox- a voucher needs to be purchased), wireless internet, a desk, linen and towels. There is a possibility of an extra bed, so this room might as well accommodate three people. Being a loft room, it has a magnificent view over almost the entire city. Check-in after 2 PM, check-out by 11AM. PARKING Parking on the street is free and without time limit, and there is also a special convenience of parking in the yard. We are proud to present you the Kraljevec apartment ˝Ana's House 2˝. The 50 m2 apartment is in a private house in the Kraljevec street situated in the residential part of the town between the Tuškanac and Patovčak streets, where most of the embassies and diplomatic residencies are located. Kraljevec is a very quiet street in a safe suburb and is surrounded by a green belt without public transportation (the bus stop is at the beginning of the street), which guarantees privacy and peace and quiet to our guests. The apartment is only three minutes away by car from the Tuškanac public garage in the very center of the city from where you can walk (only 500 m) to the old city or the Upper Town. Those who prefer to take a ride can take a bus in front of the public garage and it will take them to the very heart of the Upper Town i.e. the old part of Zagreb. The apartment has a bedroom with a king size bed, a living room with a bed for one person, a kitchen equipped with the basic dishes, a dining room and a bathroom. The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished with new and good quality furniture. It has an ADSL internet access, a TV and central heating. The apartment can accommodate four people. You can park your car in front of our house. It is possible to rent a garage as well.
