The place is only 8 km far from NIN – the first Royaltown of Croatia, and only 10 km far from old town of Zadar that is well-known for its monuments and churches, such as Museum " The Gold and Silver of Zadar ", St.Donat's church from the 9th century, St.Anastasia Cathedral, Archeological Museum. Promenade along the old town offers an unforgettable impression of the sight of the islands at sunset. Big attraction of Zadar are also the organs in the sea which are unique in the world. The beach which is situated along whole Punta Skala and Petricane is extremly beautiful, partly sand, partly with stone. Here is also sandy shallow bay, where little children can play. From Punta Skala to Petrcane leads amazing walking path along the sea.Very near the apartment you can find hotel "Pinija" with closed swimming pool, beauty centar and tenis grounds.
